Qualifying Teams must have placed in the Top 4 in any Midwest Basketball Tournaments event during the 2018-2019 Season in order to participate.
Teams that have Qualified more than once, may pass along those Qualifications to teams within their Club or Organization. Those teams must contact Midwest Basketball Tournaments in writing via e-mail specifying the team within their organization they wish to pass a Qualification to.
Non- Qualified Teams or Teams that have not had tournaments in their area may e-mail or call to request a possible "At Large" Bid.
